~JewelSpokane: Operator had an Indian accent that was hard to understand at first. Otherwise OK I was trying to book seats for * that ended up costing over $*** extra but you do PAY to fly. The lady who was helping me became upset because I could not understand her last phrases. I did not know what she said.

~JewelSpokane: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about British Airways's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~JewelSpokane: For that I would say three out of five.
