~hate budget mobile: Agents barely speak English. Phone arrived filthy in pieces scratched screen locked to Cricket registered to Verizon most functions don't work but Budget agent says they take old donated phones and consider their job done if I get a call through. Was promised a replacement phone which they didn't send (* weeks later) and now can't get any calls through except to Verizon, who say it's not their phone, and Budget won't answer theirs. horrible horrible service.
