~meld17: Had to return a refurbished phone that wouldnt charge and waited a month without a phone on. An to make it worse they sent me a piece of **** flip phone and i waited a month. Its supposet to be of the same or better value of the phone that u returned..atouch screen. Now i gotta be out of a phone for another month cause they dont live up to any of their policies at all. An they hung up on me twice yesterday. Same *****.
