GetHuman-208490: When I called, I was told there is no customer service whatsoever on the weekends, and the rep HUNG UP ON ME. The issue I was called about was this: I was charged twice. My rental car's radiator light stayed on for the first ** minutes. Someone stopped me at a light to tell me THE HOOD WAS OPEN. If you want to die in an accident while on vacation, Budget seems like they are trying to help you along the way.
