GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/28/17?
GetHuman-megpie: Took my nieces and nephew (triplets) to Build a Bear for the *th birthday. I also have two kids of my own. There was one girl working when we first arrived in the store. She ran between stuffing the bears and the register and the stuffing machine even ran out and she had to run to get more. I felt sorry for the worker...Then another girl arrived and seemed annoyed right from the start. I asked if they had the purple care bear in back because there were not any our front. She told me to go online and purchase what I wanted. I told her that I was treating the kids for their birthday and we could not leave empty handed especially after how long we waited in like already and how excited they were. Well, after waiting * hours in like, the kids were getting tired and cranky. My * year old child was screaming and had to be changed. I handed my husband my card and told him to purchase the items. When he came out with the receipt I noticed I was overcharged. I went back inside to resolve it and the the register worker told me I would have to get back in line...and wait another hour?? I refused and she said that I was charged what I was supposed to be charged..Still not budging she finally said she could refund me * dollars...even though I was supposed to get **. I had enough and walked out. The whole experience was terrible. After waiting in the * hr line the least we could have gotten was good customer service. the worker who stuffed the bears was overworked and had no energy left by the time we got to her.
