~Skylane59jh: I actually spoke to a local manager becuase they gave us hard old good that was so hard my son and I could not even take a bite of our chicken nuggets and buffalo chicken strips. The manager I spoke with I asked her name and she replied..."and who is speaking." I could not believe it. I have worse customer service but the reason this frustrated me so much is because my son and I were out dinner and had to make dinner which of course is the whole point of eating take out. I will make a huge stink about this and make sure that manager learns her lesson and how to treat customers.
