~jdellachiesa: I waited on hold, and then described what happened and the man said I have to call another number for support. I asked, "oh, was the location I'm refering to a franchise location or something like that?" He responded "I don't have to give you any of that information. You have the call the number I just gave you." I asked "Oh, are you a customer service rep for a franchise location?" (thinking I may be calling regarding a corporate store) He responded again "I don't have to tell you that." and hung up on me. Absolutely unbelievable experience.

GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~jdellachiesa: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Burger King's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~jdellachiesa: For that I would say three out of five.
