~stuc: Me and my beautiful date went to cityside bk on *rd of July on our way to the cinema on arrival we place our order and my date ask for a diet coke with her meal which was clearly not diet coke its was more like fizzy brown water when we ask the member of staff to change it he did so without any problem but as our meal was about to be served another member of staff took the trays away from right in frontof us and told the other member of staff that there is no more sitting in cause she wanted to be out of there for ten o clock this was only at ** past *!! Which meant me and my date had to stand in the street and dine! Plus we where not given napkins with are meal witch again is very poor customer service!! All and all your staff where ill mannered and very unprofessional and because of this I won't be getting another bk again or a date thanks to your staff
