~Unhappy with CBS: From what I saw online, if you call ***-***-****, you would be able to speak with an actual customer service rep at CBS. All I got was a recording* I left a message stating that I wish CBS would take off basketball and put it on a sports channel instead. I am missing a lot of my favorite programs including Blue Bloods, Jeopardy, The Big Bang Theory, Elementary, and several other shows. It is an injustice for those of us who like popular programs. Please consider moving basketball to a sports channel instead of leaving it on a network channel* I live on the east coast so have no way of knowing if those shows are on in other parts of the country.
