~mai7: Customer Service sometimes stink at Health Spring. They are non-chalant, seems uncaring, and patronizing. But that is just a few. It got so bad when I was waiting for a new card (* mos.)for my new Dr. I had to file a compliant to Medicare & HSpring. HSpring's Repr who handled my compliant was so nice, so efficient that I decided I would not cancel for ****. But then I called to renew & the Customer Serv. Agent just hung up when I asked her to repeat her name. That's fustrating. You would have to start ALL over...HSpr needs to start monitoring customer Service..they could make you lose a lot of customers. This rating is not for CS lady who took my compliant this time (she was very nice) It was the lady who said her name was (it sounded like she said Cher wasn't sure)Cher..and just hung up on me when I asked for her name again.
