GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's CIGNA customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~Artemis: You have to work really hard to get past the computer answering system. It tries to dissuade you *-* times from talking to a person. I did try the computer first, but wound up in a useless menu that I couldn't back out of. The only question I answered, after telling the comp I wanted to talk to a person for the *rd or *th time, was whether I was calling about medical or dental. It connected me after that.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting CIGNA. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a CIGNA problem?
~Artemis: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Artemis: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about CIGNA's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Artemis: For that I would say one out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other CIGNA customers?
~Artemis: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for CIGNA to know who you are.
