~Snowayout: I'm asking my employer to look elsewhere. Inflexible, incompetent, are the first words that come to mind. * weeks before leaving on extended vacation I sent in a prescription for mail order. One which they had been providing for years-still delay and may have to run out. No ability to fill more than a months supply on another med even though leaving the country for * weeks. Great example of how a company should not be run. They know they hold all the cards and customers be damned.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting CVS Caremark. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a CVS Caremark problem?
~Snowayout: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Snowayout: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about CVS Caremark's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Snowayout: For that I would say three out of five.
