GetHuman-276818: I think your automated system is the WORSE. I been on hold for almost an *** hour and I keep getting the Pharmacy Help Desk. THIS IS A FINE WAY NOT TO TALK TO ANYONE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE. IT DOES NOT GIVE THE OPTION TO SPEAK TO ANYONE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE. I will let my employer know how our service is.
