GetHuman-109463: I've had Caremark for a number of years and each year they come up with some "magical" problem with a different medicine they'd previously been dispensing with no problem, and each year, the pattern is the same. They say the order is a "delayed fill" so I wait for it, and then after I've waited weeks, they then change the status to "cancelled" with no explanation, and when I call, no one there is connected to anyone else, so no one can actually explain what the problem is. It takes multiple phonecalls, multiple complaints to supervisors, and many wasted hours on the phone to fix the problem they created in the first place. I don't understand how this company stays in business.

GetHuman-109463: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
GetHuman-109463: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about CVS Caremark's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-109463: For that I would say one out of five.
