They put more responsibility in the consumer*patient which would require you to sit in on there daily meetings to understand all of the loop holes and lingo and miscommunication between the health care providers and the zombie like people they have taking your emergency phone calls. Reconsider when you choose health care coverage if you have to deal with Caremark. You will need to make time for another full time job and therapy to deal with the BS!!!
