GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's CVS Caremark customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~Gnosis55: So far in the year I have been forced to use Caremark, they have lost * of my prescriptions, which resulted in my dr having to fax an emergency script to a local pharmacy to prevent me from having a seizure. Had to pay full price. Did they reimburse me? nope. Also had them send me another scheduled that neither my dr nor I ordered, and when I called to let them know of their illegal mistake they kept me on hold for ** minutes until I finally hung up. Called back later and the service rep said I received the rx because they had one dated from earlier that month returned. So not only are they not sending me scripts when I need them, but they are sending them out AT RANDOM, with no regard to what the script says. At some point one of their customers is going to suffer a fatality either because they took a med that WAS NOT PRESCRIBED or because they ran out of their meds because CVS "lost" them. When that happens, I will gladly be part of a class action suit against them.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting CVS Caremark. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a CVS Caremark problem?
~Gnosis55: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Gnosis55: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about CVS Caremark's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Gnosis55: For that I would say one out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other CVS Caremark customers?
~Gnosis55: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for CVS Caremark to know who you are.
