~tinyterri: The *st rep, Janet, was courteous and friendly. The rep that I was transfered to regarding a refill was unfriendly, curt, and borderline rude! Some unique name, Sashi? Really at Xmas you can't be courteous!

~tinyterri: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~tinyterri: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about CVS Caremark's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~tinyterri: For that I would say two out of five.
