~disgusted: .....and I thought MEDCO was bad...this is horrible!! forget about transferring scripts from a pharmacy or doctor. if you are forced to use a mail order company, your best bet is to have the doctor write new ones and fax them in. if you have a large co-pay, they will hold up the meds until the accts. rec. dept. gets you to authorize the charges. in my case, they waited * days to call me for authorization to charge to my credit card and they had to overnight the meds to me at their own charge. i almost ran out of my meds. they have no payment plan.. .you have to pay everything up front with a credit card or if you want them to bill you, you have to go through a credit check before hand. their reps give our the wrong info, too. they really stink.

~disgusted: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~disgusted: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about CVS Caremark's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~disgusted: For that I would say five out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other CVS Caremark customers?
~disgusted: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for CVS Caremark to know who you are.
