~Shirley Fischer: On Saturday September **th, I went to the CVS Pharmacy in Wilmington, NC at Carolina Beach Road and Shipyard Blvd. Marcus the pharmicist went above and beyond his job description. I was taking a new heart medication and he told me to go home take two pills and then call him back at pharmacy to let him the effect of the medication. He explained in detail what the medicine was and how it would affect me and what results should be. I was nervous taking this medication and he was just so caring and considerate. He is to be recommended for a superior job well done.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting CVS. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a CVS problem?
~Shirley Fischer: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Shirley Fischer: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about CVS's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Shirley Fischer: For that I would say four out of five.

~Shirley Fischer: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for CVS to know who you are.
