~Annoyed: I feel so disrespected. I've never been so upset with any phone dialogue in my life. The process to through, rediculous. The process and minutes to wait to speak to someone. They don't record for quality purposes because they don't give quality service. I've been hung up on twice, and the service is beyond rude.
