~anonymous: When I asked a question, the DMV representative screamed at me "WHY ARE YOU FISHING FOR ANSWERS?" My question: How do I renew my soon-to-expire driver's license. How am I supposed to react to something like that? It was shocking and unnecessary. The person did not want to answer a single question, and simple questions like "how do I renew" were met with "I don't know, and stop asking if you are fishing for answers."
