GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/23/17?
GetHuman-myoceans: I went in to renew an expired ca ID. Paid, took the pic, left with what I thought was my temp soft copy...got to the bank to open an account & realized I was given the receipt portion for my payment only. It clearly states on the top of paper "not a valid form of reference to id" and is "only receipt of application & payment for ID". The bank rep would have otherwise taken the temp form with expired ID as proof, being this is somewhat common, making him familiar with the correct form & because so...was the one who identified it as incorrect. Ugh! Sooooo. ..I'm hoping there's another way to obtain the temp, while waiting for the hard copy, without having to go back to Dmv. The bus ride is lengthy, as are the lines and this will be my *th time there in less than * weeks. Please say it is so...**On a side note... I'm so stoked on your website and offered services!
