~Cindy: Megan answered my call. She gave me little time to explain my problem of not receiving my re-newed registration that I was calling for on behalf of my mother. She spoke to us like we were mentality handicapped. Didn't hear out our questions. Worst customer service I have ever had. I wasn't rude. I gave her my full attention. I had all the paper work ready and handy for when she answered my call. I am hurt by the way I was treated. DMV matters are serious matters. It involves legal matters as well, where you get citations and points on your record for not handling at a timely matter. DMV get your "Telephone Technicians" on a more serious and MORE helpful page. I really do hope someone with authority reads thins and does the right thing by making some sort or positive change. Or have your "Telephone Technicians" take a communications course.
