~munichmaedchen: the only way to contact CA DMV is this **** number and all they did so far is telling me to wait another * weeks for my registration renewal tag although my registration expired yesterday. I send my payment Oct. * after not having received the renewal notice and had to call to obtain instructions what to send in. I did all they wanted me to send in to a mailbox address that cannot accept certified mail against signature and therefore I have no proof. They haven't even cashed the check yet and when I call I get this, wait another * weeks. How long am I suppose to play this game? Until I get a ticket for expired tags on my car? There is no address or person stated to email or complain to only this inefficient **** that leads to nowhere
