Then he transferred me to another number where someone answered the phone and politely asked for my social security number before I had a chance to say anything. Then they asked if I would mind holding for a representative. Then I was put on hold with hold music for a few minutes and a helpful representative answered the phone and assisted me for the rest of the call.
