~Kristen89: I called the number and pressed * twice before someone answered the phone. The customer service rep transferred me to my correct EDD office and I pressed * another * times before getting someone on the phone. She put me on hold immediately and then transferred me over to another rep who fixed the problem and I will receive my money within **-** hours. Before this, I had been trying for a MONTH to get a hold of the EDD office using the *** number and I couldn't even get on the wait list! The recording would tell me that there are too many people on hold and to try again later. This would happen right when they opened at *am and it was incredibly frustrating. I would recommend that everyone try this number!
