~dorenebo: I couldn't get a reply to my email so I paid to send a certified letter letting them know that I have not received any payment or responses to my email and guess what..... The part of the certified letter that gets sent back with a signature of the person who received it was WITHOUT A SIGNATURE!!!! What the h@*$ did I pay to have the signature confirmation for??? Then I get an automated response that they need to talk to me on the phone and to wait for their letter in the mail!!!! I am sending a complaint to Governor Jerry Brown next.
