~khw1204: The trick to reaching and actually resolving EDD issues is knowing which office is handling your claim. Mine is San Diego. I called the *** number and had to press * about ** times to stay on hold. Someone finally answered by asking my social security *. Found some information and transferred me to an adjuster. He finally resolved the issue and payments are resuming. Avoid the toll free numbers. Call this *** number, even if you don't know if San Diego is handling your claim. If they are not, they will usually tell you which office is and, with a little work, you can find a direct number and will reach a real person if you're patient. Good Luck!
