First time I called I waited for about * minutes, spoke with a woman who was "going to transfer me to the right department," at which time I was directed back to the same number I called in the first place, and spent ** minutes pressing "*" before hanging up with no help from any more humans.**Today I called and a gentleman answered after just ONE minute, asked for my SS*, and the exact SAME THING happened. Now I'm pressing zero and have been waiting for six minutes. **Our great tax dollars at work, ladies and gentleman. Terrible.
