~PointDexter: Woman answered phone and asked how she could direct the call. She asked for my SS, confirmed who my phone interview was with, and then she ended up transferring me. Transfer ended up hanging up on me. On second call, different woman answered and announced she was with (something) payments. I explained what had happened earlier and she immediately transferred me to correct extension.
