~Renee: This is a French line, but agents speak perfect English, once you get to speak with an agent.*This number is for Child Tax Credit & benefits, it is not a general line. The agent was very helpful, though.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Canada Revenue. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Canada Revenue problem?
~Renee: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Renee: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Canada Revenue's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Renee: For that I would say five out of five.

~Renee: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Canada Revenue to know who you are.
