GetHuman54016: I cannot make my photo background transparent and I am upgraded to the Canva work account
GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 12/03/17?
GetHuman54016: I have a photo I am trying to put in PNG form and make a transparent background. I have an upgraded account but it won't let me fix this.

GetHuman54016: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
