~Another Shopper: Number starts to ring, then just goes to fast busy. NO WAY TO REACH A LIVE PERSON!! Website automatically applies a promo code, can't remove it to enter the one I bought. "Customer Service" is nonexistent. Expect you to send an email and wait ** hours for a response. AVOID!!!
