~Unbias Ernie: I couldn't get through from this site, but when I tried, the chat from the Capital One site opened up, so maybe this prompted it. Anyway, the Capital One chat is awesome.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Capital One. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Capital One problem?
~Unbias Ernie: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Unbias Ernie: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Capital One's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Unbias Ernie: For that I would say three out of five.

~Unbias Ernie: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Capital One to know who you are.
