~aurareturn: First timed I called the collection department, the lady hung up on me while I was explaining my situation.**I called again and the same lady hung up on me as soon as she heard my name.**I called a third time and after the machine said to wait for a rep, it hung up on me(presumably, the same lady).**I called a fourth time and was put on hold for ** minutes then got a message that said the department is closed.**Unbelievable.
