~K1 and done: The numerous chat sessions I initiated were timed out after about an hour. When I finally got a tech support they had absolutely no idea how to solve the problem. Instead of working to figure it out or get help they blamed the company credit card for the problem and offered only 'brush off' solutions. During this time I actually figured out how to fix the problem then told the tech what it was and how to better help the next customer with the same issue. Carbonite should send me a check for training their CS reps. What a joke. My business will be going elsewhere!

GetHuman: And what about Carbonite's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~K1 and done: For that I would say five out of five.
