~Jeannie807: This piece of junk software quits on me all the time- every time i come back from vacation I have to call customer service and stay on the line for an hour or MORE to get it back running again, I'd never use this again. According to the carbonite people, i should leave my precious MAC computer ON for a couple weeks, allowing it to be susceptible to power surges, outages, etc. Won't happen.

~Jeannie807: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~Jeannie807: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Carbonite's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Jeannie807: For that I would say five out of five.
