GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 12/05/17?
GetHuman41670: I sent my card in over a month ago, got email that I put the total in wrong for the gift card, it was $** instead of the $** I put. cardpool emailed me to let me know this I responded back, and still haven't received any confirmation that I will be getting my money anytime soon.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting CardPool. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a CardPool problem?
GetHuman41670: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
GetHuman41670: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about CardPool's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman41670: For that I would say two out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other CardPool customers?
