GetHuman-142190: I have tried four times to get through this morning so far. Each time, I enter my memberID and other requested information and after requesting a rep I am put into the hold queue. While there, I listen to the recording about how I can find my information on their Web site. I've been on it* the information I need is not there. I finally called the tech support line and informed them of the problem with the queue. They connected me via a different number that was supposed to be better and I was disconnected from that. I've never had this many disconnects when calling anybody.

GetHuman-142190: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
GetHuman-142190: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about CareFirst's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-142190: For that I would say five out of five.

GetHuman-142190: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for CareFirst to know who you are.
