~j1: not bad wait time, just are quick to not cover procedures. But then I call and find out my dr. did not correctly format the bill to them. This can be a hassle but it does get payed. Overall am satisfied. Wait time I experience is not as bad as what is stated on this site.

~j1: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~j1: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about CareFirst's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~j1: For that I would say three out of five.
