GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Caremark customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
GetHuman-161553: I have been dealing with them for over ** years and they make getting my prescriptions impossible to receive them before I run out. This is because they can't count, can't add, can't subtract. I can't blame it totally on Obama Care, but it has gotten worse in me receiving my prescriptions on time so I do not have go several days without my prescriptions. But I now it definitely has gotten much worse since Obama care was the creation of this night mare. They are the worst place I had to deal with regardinig my health. This should be called Care Death.

GetHuman-161553: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
GetHuman-161553: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Caremark's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-161553: For that I would say two out of five.

GetHuman-161553: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Caremark to know who you are.
