GetHuman-261330: I booked my cruise for April **** in August of ****. I was informed of the new Faster to the Fun when calling a few weeks after booking regarding another issue. They mentioned this since we will be traveling with a * year old. It was not available on our ship yet, but the agent said to keep checking the website every few days. I have been checking almost daily since then. Faster to the Fun finally became available but was sold out. It had been less than ** hours since my last check. My husband immediately called Carnival to see why someone who booked their cruise and paid in full * months in advance would not be offered this excursion first before those booking in that ** hour period. After almost * hours on the phone and * disconnections, we were given a number to Guest Care which was closed until the next morning. I called the next day and was transferred several times (over an hour on the phone). Finally I was told there was nothing they could do. Needless to say, this is
