~ted: Call us, leave a message. We'll call you back at our convenience. Be a good little doggy and get in line.* Too bad we don't know these things when we purchase the units, and it just gets worse from here. Unless we vote with our dollars.

~ted: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~ted: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
