GetHuman-176104: Did not listen to what I actually said, as if I did not understand how it is suppose to work. I told them the line I ordered was not to ring to the main number but to a voicemail box on an unused line for tracking business events. They hooked it to my main line so after a few rings it goes to a voicemail box I won't set up because its on the wrong line. They tell me thats the way its suppose to be. What do I know? Get a grip people not everyone is ignorant when it comes to knowing what they want for their business.
