~angryHoustonian: This company does not care about service. You are given * options for gas hook-up: one is they don't call in advance and come between *a-*p, knock on your door, and if nobody answers they leave. The other option is they will take up to * phone numbers to call in advance. They call each number once and if there is no answer then they don't come turn on your gas. This is absurd. You wait ** minutes on hold to find out that you must cancel your work for the day just so they will turn on your ability to cook, shower, and have heat!
