GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Certegy customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~Anon: I called this * at *:** EST and was told this number is for casinos and was given another number which was not "human" and could not help. False advertising does not make me happy. This service is neither professional or convenient, and how do we know you really exist and are not just some bogus company attempting to extract personal identification information to be used unjustly. Don't you think that if we have to come this far for something this personal, some consumers might be a little "gun shy" just what kind of proof do we have as consumers regarding your "legit" practices. Just because you are who you say you are...how do I know. WORTHLESS!

~Anon: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

GetHuman: And what about Certegy's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Anon: For that I would say five out of five.

~Anon: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Certegy to know who you are.
