GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Ceva Logistics customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
GetHuman-160502: I could not locate my order using the tracking number given by sharper image ** hours after I was given it. I called ceva and the woman who answered was very rude and said very quickly "give it another ** hours" and hung up! I did and it was still not there so I called sharper image. Sharper image could not locate it on ceva's site either and nobody was answering the phone so they had to leave messages and I had to wait. * days later I got an email confirming the tracking number and an explanation that ceva was behind due to the holidays. I then get a call from a boston number that I did not answer during dinner and since there was not a message left I did not call it back until I saw that the same number was there twice with no message left. When the woman answered I asked if they were calling to schedule a delivery and she told me I need to "check my messages" and I told her she was being very rude and there was not a message left and she says she cant help me without a tracking numb
