~FrustratedCustomer: This is easily the most incompetent company I have ever done business with. I will never use them again and do not suggest you do either. The customer service representative was rude and hasn't called back in over a day when my shipment was supposed to be here a month ago. I have called repeatedly and had shipment times and locations confirmed, yet the shipment still isn't here a MONTH later. Avoid this company at all costs, if you can.

~FrustratedCustomer: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
