~ACE: I placed an order on ******. I FINALLY got processed on *******. I received it *******. It fit poorly, WAY TO BIG. I returned it UPS drop box *******. NEVER WORN send back in brand new condition. After * weeks I never received notification that the item had been received. I can NUMEROUS times. VERY POOR customer service and managers.. rude and uncaring. I returned the item with a note TO REFUND MY MONEY. After another week or so.. no refund?? I called AGAIN.. they were shipping me out ANOTHER ITEM. I DID NOT WANT AN EXCHANGE!!!So.. THEY THEN TELL me "we're sorry it was human error!! OMG.. I said I WANT MY REFUND LIKE I REQUESTED ON MY RETURN SLIP. Another week of calls, no help, no concern.. calls, on top of calls, ON TOP OF CALLS. NO HELP. I am so frustrated with this. I send contact forms off the website, I get a reply that I will GET A STORE CREDIT! I do not want a STORE CREDIT.. I want a refund. Also, the amount they charged my checking account was $**.**, they are giving me a "cre
