~madmn: I returned an item in October and have not received a refund, I tried to reach customer service on three different occasions waiting a total of more than * hours. Finally talked to someone who said they had declared bankrupcy and were very behind but would take my name and number. Never heard back. Reported to my credit card company for a refund through them.
